Using Autochess Of Ages (the “App”), developed by Angelo Falci (“we”, “us”), means you accept the following terms.
The App is a free video game, usable without an account as a guest (offline single-player only) or with an account (Google or email and password) to access online features: real-time matches against other players, leaderboard, history and statistics.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; if you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you need authorization from whoever holds parental responsibility. You can delete your account at any time (instructions).
You may not: use bots, scripts or automated tools to play or alter the App's intended behavior; exploit bugs to gain unintended advantages; harass other players; attempt to access other players' accounts or the servers without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
The App does not sell gameplay features: every civilization is free. The in-app store collects optional, fixed-amount contributions toward a public funding goal, without guaranteeing any gameplay benefit in return. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play under its own terms.
Online features depend on servers we operate and may be suspended, changed or discontinued, even temporarily, for maintenance or other needs. Guest single-player does not depend on the online servers.
The App, its code, graphics and content are owned by the author or the respective licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these terms.
The App is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuity or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
These terms may be updated; the last update date is shown above. In case of significant changes we will notify you in the App.
